Complaints process

At Top Table, we pride ourselves in offering you an excellent service. If for any reason you have a complaint about our service please contact us and discuss your problems. We are here to help.

If you do not think the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction and in line with our service statement or terms and conditions, then please put into writing your grievance and what you would like us to do to remedy the situation. We will respond to you within 15 working days.

If you feel we have been unable to deal with your complaint there are a number of other agencies available who can assist with taking your complaint further:
